We have open-aired seating upstairs and outdoor seating options available.

We do offer limited free parking. If parking lot is full, we suggest you park at Morgan Park or Casino Beach Parking lot. We offer a free shuttle pickup from anywhere on the beach. To schedule your pick-up time, call 850.677.3905.

Park Cancellation Policy:

Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 24 hours notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price. If you are unable to make it on the exact day you selected, your purchase will be valid on another day but will no longer be refundable.

Watersports Cancellation Policy:

Reservations are locked in 7 days prior to booking. NO REFUNDS OR RESCHEDULES will be allowed unless Trip Cancellation Insurance has been purchased. Trip Cancellation Insurance allows guests to cancel and receive a full refund or reschedule their reservation up to 4p the day prior to reservation.

Sorry, no food or drink is allowed in the park with the exception of birthday cakes with a birthday party reservation. We offer a delicious variety of food and beverages to satisfy your whole crew.

Our facilities are accessible so that everyone has access to the space. Our adventure activities are able-bodied events which require walking up a staircase to participate.

We offer manual lockers that can be bought at the ticket window. When you buy one, someone from staff will come open up the locker for you!

Yes!

We climb RAIN OR SHINE! We pull you off of the courses if there is lightning in the area. From there, we assess the weather; if the storm is going to pass we wait it out and then send you you back out when it is safe and extend your time. If the storm looks like it is not going anywhere, we will issue a weather pass.

Yes, you are more than welcome to bring your furry friend! Please keep them on a leash at all times, and please do not tie them up and leave them while you climb or leave them unattended at any time. Pets are not allowed in the adventure zones, on the splash pad, on boats or in our upstairs restaurant area.
